Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Delivery estimates do not include the 1–3 business day processing time. High and Sober is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Available shipping options typically include:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)
Additional services, such as signature confirmation or package insurance, may be offered for an added fee during checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, High and Sober is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure before placing your order.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be accepted.
Incorrect Addresses
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional payment for reshipment. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Product Legality
All items sold on our website are general-purpose electronic and lifestyle accessories. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are legal to receive in their region.
