All purchases made through High and Sober are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, or mistaken orders.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and your order number. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may be denied, and we cannot guarantee compensation or replacement.
